  • Test, update and refine content to ensure performance, accessibility and compliance

Accountability 3: Collaborate to deliver great work

  • Play an active role in delivering creative and digital projects on time and to a high standard
  • Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners to bring ideas to life
  • Share updates on progress, risks and opportunities, helping keep projects on track

Accountability 4: Apply technical expertise & drive quality

  • Use your knowledge of digital tools, creative software and web technologies to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Follow best practices for coding, documentation, security and digital governance
  • Spot opportunities to improve content, platforms or processes, and share your ideas
  • Keep learning and developing, staying up to date with digital, design and UX/UI trends

Accountability 5: Strengthen capability across the organisation

  • Share your knowledge and support others to build digital confidence and skills
  • Use templates, standards and guidance to ensure consistency and quality
  • Handle tools, systems and content responsibly and in line with organisational policies

Accountability 6: Lead with purpose and inclusivity

  • Bring a positive, proactive mindset to your work, taking ownership and showing initiative
